Desktop Bacground

OK this is very newbie question. I guess I was able to save some of the photos under "Nature" folder (see photo) so how do I do the same thing again....If i press + I am just adding another folder....i am going crazy here

You want to save more pictures into that folder? Put them in /Library/Desktop Pictures/Nature. They'll show up in System Preferences then.
