I've noticed a few times that while using iCloud drive that the icon changes to what looks like a cloud with a lightening bolt inside of it. I assumed this was a syncing/uploading notification, but everything has been uploaded and is accessible on my other devices. I can't seem to find any explicit information on this. Does this icon have a specific meaning? Thanks!

Going by what it means in the mail app, it means the drive is offline. In mail, when the account can't connect to the server, a circle with that little symbol pops up. Ive had some funky stuff happen with 10.11.1 and iCloud drive. Sometimes it's stuck syncing on the Mac, but everything may be there on my other devices.
