Desktop pictures out of focus

Hey all, I'm hoping you can help me out. Since updating to Yosemite all my desktop pictures out way out of focus and I can't seem to find where to correct this in settings. I would appreciate any advice.

Can you post a screenshot to illustrate the issue?

If you go to System Preferences > Desktop & Screen Saver you can change the way desktop pictures are displayed. Do you only have issues with your own pictures or the default ones as well?
