Apps Detect other apple watch users nearby

Hi,

Is there any way for an Apple watch to detect other Apple watch users near by (like 20 meters or so) ?

Can this be achieved by any Sensors or other mechanism ?

Looking to building an app when two apple watch users come nearby, the app will share data.
