Dev center down?

I figured the betas would go live right after the keynote. They must be getting an insane amount of traffic, because the Dev Center page won't even load 🙁

Anyone with past experience know about how long it will take to get through?

Earlier, it was down for maintenance. Now it seems to be down due to traffic.
