    Is there any development components for Mac ?

    Xcode. Install that and you have all the developer tools. Best to get from the Apple site. The one on the Leopard DVDs is out of date now.

    Thank you for your response.

    In my application I need a toolbar (jpg attached ) to attached on th top of a bordered scroll view . Is this possible?

    is there any component like that which can be dragged and attached with the scroll view ?

    I'm not aware of any, but it'd be a good time to learn how to make custom controls. I've done similar custom toolbars before, it's not much more than a container view/control with normal UI components inside. The main thing is writing the code to space everything out properly and handle overflowing if necessary.

    I'm not aware of any, but I'd suggest reading Apple's documentation on subclassing NSView and NSControl.
