i know it might sound far fetched, but do you think it'll be possible to get iOS 5 for a normal user but maybe download it as a Developer.? Like i mean to say, the actuality .ispw file gets released for download to anyone.

No, beta software requires that your UDID be activated to use it. There are sites such as udidactivation.com that will do that for you, but you are still responsible for finding the ispw.
