Which category did you select to send feedback? None of the options seem quite relevant to the App Store.

If Apple decides to go down that road...they will lose a lot of business.

One would hope, but society has been conditioned to take whatever abuse laissez-faire capitalism deals out, because what real choices are there? I’m still with Apple because they’re the lesser of available evils. They used to be better, but now they’re just less bad.

Apple’s decision is totally fine by me. I vote with my motivation (or lack thereof) to purchase apps through their store, i.e. I have drastically reduced the number of purchases since they introduced in-app-purchases which I flat-out deny. I have ZERO apps that support IAPs.

I’m using one subscription based app (Infuse) currently and it looks like it will remain the only one.
