iOS Development on JB iPhone

Will Apple revoke my developer membership if I jailbreak my iPhone which I do some testing on?

I am looking to be able to run nmap on my iPhone for my day job (I.T. Manager) but I do development at night on the side. I don't want to lose my membership so I am checking if anyone knows of this happening.

Normally not, JB'ing isn't even considered 'illegal'. only if you support active cracking of applications, that could get you're license revoked.
