Hello,

I am experiencing a strange problem that I cannot solve.

In my Finder window under the "Devices" section there is a mysterious device titled "PUSHER." When I click on it i get varying results. The first click will have the same effect as if I were to type in a search. It will bring up that "search" bar at the top of the finder. If I click out of that and click the "PUSHER" again it simply makes my entire Finder window flash once and nothing happens.

I noticed this "PUSHER" immediately after I plugged in a brand new Sandisk USB flash drive. But it is still there even after I take out the flash drive. There is no eject button and I can't right-click (cmd+click) to make it go away.

What is it and how can I make it go away!?!?! 😡

I don't want any devices connected to my computer unless I connect them intentionally!

Right click on it and pick "Get Info" from the menu that'll pop up, this will tell you what this device is.
