Hi Expert

Client of mine has got MacBook with Mac OS X 10.6.6

I do not know what he has done to his MacBook now whenever I start the operation system or shutdown the "Device Selector" applet or window pops us with the following details

Code:
[U]Connection Type[/U]

Choose the setup type that best suits your need

USB

Network

i guess he connected his brother printer and he didn't complete the installation

How can I disable this annoying message ?

Thanks

What happens if you answer the question(s) and complete what sounds like an installation wizard?

If that doesn't make it stop asking you that question, take a look at the login items list in the Users system preference panel. Maybe the printer installer placed that wizard there and isn't removing it for some reason.

Yes that doesn't make it stop asking the question

I have already tried that Under System preference --> Account --> login item
I could not find any thing relevant to Device Selector
