Hi. I got a series 4 watch yesterday for Father’s Day. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and uses a Dexcom CGM. I see that the Dexcom Follow app on the watch has a complication but I can’t figure out how to have it display with the other complications on the watch face. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Is the Dex Follow App installed on the watch? Which watch face are you wanting to use?

Hi. Yes, the follow app is installed on the watch. I’ll use any watch face that allows me to use that complication. I don’t have a preference.

My daughter has T1D also and a Decom G6. Ther regular dexcom app has a complication that she uses on her Apple Watch, however I don't believe the Follow app has one, unless it's new. I just keep the follow app in my doc and use it that way.

Hi. I figured out what the issue was. It seems the Follow complication is only available with certain watch faces. Currently I’m using the "utility" watch face but it is also usable with the "infograph modular" watch face and several others.
