Diagnose Kernel Panics

Starting about three months ago I had kernel panics every 2 weeks or so, and being new to mac I wasn't sure what they were or what to do. I had a month with only one kernel panic, but in the last month I've had 5 in 8 days. I would like to know how to first be able to access the log which shows what happened, and for some one to please help me diagnose the issue.

Post some panic logs here, and we'll see what we can figure out from them.
