I'm getting a long list of these items titled seld with a date and my phone name in the diagnostics and usage part of settings.

Getting a bazillion of these crashes as well as STATS+BACKDATEDD. Having wifi connection issues. I am also noticing a battery drain. How does one file a formal bug/complaint with Apple? 😡😡😡😡😡
