Dictation Not Working.

Just upgraded ti IOS 7.04 on an iPad3. When I try to use dictation to fill a text box it won't work. I tap the microphone icon, hear a beep and the wavy line in the dictation box goes away. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Have you tried restarting the phone? If that doesn't help have you tried resetting network settings if not all settings to see if that might help.
