Dictionary app help

Heya. So i need an app. for Mac that is a german <-> english dictionary. But my problem is in school they dont allow us to accesses the wifi because some people used to download a lot or something like that when it was public (i know right 🙁 ). So any of you know an app that doesnt require the internet and can translate english <-> german

Ultralingua, linked to by ObuckiO, does seem to have offline german-english dictionaries

There may be more, I just did a quick search, and I don't know if they are any good.

If you try some translation dictionaries please update this thread with which ones you liked and which ones you didn't like.
