macOS Dictionary

Does anyone know how I'd go about in getting a dictionary of a language, or how I'd get a thesaurus into a NSDictionary? I know about /Library/Dictionaries, however, I don't know how to load .dictionary files or how they'd read. Has anyone done this or know how to do this?

Go to developer.apple.com then search for "dictionary services"
