For some reason, DictionaryPanel (COMMAND-CONTROL-D) will not work on my new MacBook. I haven't added any unusual apps so the first place I looked was Activity Monitor, where I noticed it is returning some strange figures. Has anyone else noticed this, or found a solution?

The large memory figure would alternate between Shared Memory Size and Virtual Private Memory.

probably a bug. have you used Time Machine lately? after restoring files in Time Machine my exposé keyboard and mouse shortcuts are gone and the look up in dictionary keyboard shortcut is unchecked.

presumably this will be fixed in 10.5.2.

EDIT

interestingly enough this is a confirmed bug. my Dictionary Panel memory seems to jump around a bit in rapid intervals... check this out!?

Yeah, mine has been doing the same thing. I haven't used Time Machine though, and still can't get Dictionary to work. Other mouse and keyboard shortcuts seem fine.
