Im using 1blockr and it has been working great. After updating to 9.3, there are ads everywhere. I updated because of night shift but loosing content blockers temporary is not worth it.

I had the same issue and just went into Safari settings and turned the blocker off and back on again.
Started working fine.

It doesn't mean that a different beta can't break something. That's not to say that's the case here, simply to point out that when it comes to pre-release items something can be broken that wasn't broken in a different pre-release build.
