I was wondering if this email was legit? It says 'iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, and/or SE device that ran iOS 10.2.1 or later before December 21, 2017, and/or a U.S. owner of an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus device that ran iOS 11.2 or later before December 21, 2017, you could be entitled to benefits under a class action settlement.'

Just wanted to see how many here have also received this and received compensation from these class action lawsuits before? I've received quite a few letters like this in my time, but never went through with it because I'm kind of skeptical that it may be some kind of scam. But if it's not, I'll be happy to fill out what's required to receive my compensation.

My GF got something in the mail about it, but she didn't fill it out for the same reason.

Even if it is legit, class members (owners of affected iPhones) would only receive an award of less than $20 USD. (Typically) It's the lawyers who will score big

The form doesn’t work. Who’s suprised
Yes it does, many have posted success..

I got the email. My wife’s 6s+ had the battery problem, we couldn’t get the Apple Store to replace it, so I ended up paying the full $80. Months later Apple refunded us $50? I can’t remember.

Our 6s+ phones have been long gone for a .... long time now. <shrug>. Oh well.
