Did anyones Verizon upgrade date get moved up?

My parents upgrade got moved up, but they have basic flip phones from the dinosaur age. 🙂
 
Yes, I last upgraded to a blackberry bold in September 2010. My official upgrade date is May 2012. However, they awarded me an upgrade about a month ago with a 20 dollar upgrade fee. I am the only line on the account if that makes any difference.
