Apps Did Apple Nix the Timer Icon?

I'm wondering, did Apple nix the little timer icon that appeared at the top? It doesn't appear on my watch anymore.

Hmmm. The stopwatch icon appears but the timer icon does not. Oddly enough, neither appear in Apple's support page https://support.apple.com/guide/watch/status-icons-apdce21b02a0/watchos

I get the icons when other apps are running as well that don't show on that page (or this one: https://support.apple.com/en-us/108038), including my podcast app, Castro.
