Did Apple shut down the discussions forum?

yes, maybe it's because of routine maintenance. but I can see it on the Apple community site.

I visit Apple's FCP X forum every day and have not seen any shut downs lately, and only seen that message for very short periods in the past where they were doing maintenance.
