Did AT&T begin rolling out HSUPA fixes? NYC 3G speeds greatly improved

Just did a speedtest in NYC on iPhone 4 and got 500KB DL / 200KB UL. This is much better than the 200KB DL / 10KB UL I was getting just two days ago.

Anyone else noticing improved HSUPA (uplink) speeds ?

Fixed for me in Tribeca. 1.8 down, 1.2 up

I'm getting as low as 0.58 to 1.49 upload speeds. I'm definitely happy with the boost in 3G speeds.

Lucky you. My phone is going from "No Service" every 5 mins, to 5 bars with GPRS data. My download's averaging at 50KBPS with 0KBPS upload?
