Did erase and install, now lost iPhoto account info

I did an erase and install of Tiger. I backed up my home dir and my apps folder to external HD. Now, when I go into iPhoto I can't order prints. I enter my account info and it says "this account can not be used for 1-Click".

Under the Apple store I do show up as 1-click is on.

I can't even create a new account I get an error saying try again later.

Can I go into my backed up Library folder and copy a few files that will restore my iPhoto account info?

My first guess would be the iPhoto preferences file:
Library/Preferences/com.apple.iPhoto.plist

Where Library is wherever you backed up the Library folder to on your external HD.
