Looks great! I just got a 2015 13" rMBP on Craigslist that had 3 charge cycles! Not sure how that was even possible but I got lucky.

I was really shocked at how well this thing was packaged. It's almost unbelievable in a way. The original box itself looked practically new. Everything was in the original plastic wrapping and the wrapping itself was almost like new. Even like the little piece of paper that goes between the screen and keyboard was there and that looked like new too lol. It's crazy that this thing is actually like around 4+ years old, it felt like unboxing a new laptop and I'm very picky too. I have to say I'm impressed.

I think you got a good deal with the upgraded specs. We just bought a 2010 17 inch pro for 600$ and we had to upgrade it ourselves. I love it and I'm not complaining :)

OP did good on this buy considering the battery cycle count was under 150. I just sold my 2012 15" MBP Retina 256 SSD 2.2 i7 in very similar like new condition for $750 cash on CL. The charge cycle count was pretty high to the point of noticeable battery life decrease. The 2012 Retinas had "image retention issues" (aka temporary screen burn-in) depending on if your display was made by LG.

Just looked up in terminal and confirmed I have a Samsung display. That's better than the LG going by what you're saying I imagine?

Perhaps the battery had just been replaced.

Hinge problems - Never heard of it, this is the first time. I guess if you don't need a case there will never be a problem.

News to me too so it can't be anywhere near as 'common' as suggested.

EDIT: In fact finding it difficult to find any posts complaining about the hinge on the '12 rMBP. Did find the odd post about a range of other models.
