Is that 8GB or 18GB of RAM? (Your sig says 8GB)
That's not a bad price, considering the SSD, the 5355's, and the 18GB of RAM (RAM for this machine is not cheap).
I'm a Mac Pro 2,1 owner, which is basically the same as the 1,1. The Nvidia 7300GT is pretty worthless (I had one), and I'd upgrade that if you are doing anything with photos, video, or graphics in general. I'd also do the hack to get Mountain Lion to work, unless you want to stay on Snow Leopard (but don't stay on Lion/10.7, Mountain Lion is better).

Yep, I'd say you got a very good deal. I think $850 to $900 is more appropriate actually. So the $700 you paid looks pretty sweet! Not sure what Case Condition B means tho... If there are noticeable scratches on the case then $700 is right on the money - if not then it's like I said, pretty sweet.
BTW, which KB and mouse did it come with?
each are wired
With all the upgrade, it's a solid deal. Don't think about how much you paid for it, just enjoy it. 🙂
