General Did iOS 7 break this feature?

I'm trying to insert a photo into the message body by long pressing and tapping the arrow. In iOS this would let you select insert photo, but it's not working in iOS 7. I just updated to iOS 7 yesterday.

I just tried it on my iPhone and iPad and it worked as expected. Maybe try restarting your phone would help.
