I have a fairly new Crucial M4 SSD 256GB that was getting the normal specs advertised for this SSD. Now after installing ML I am getting 20-30 mb/s less than usual. Has this happened to anybody? I am going to erase the drive and do a fresh install, hopefully that'll clear things up.

Did you do a fresh install? Because my MBP is running even faster and I have the M4 256GB SSD as well with 000f firmware

No I didnt do a fresh install. As I mentioned in my post I am working on the fresh install now. Do you think the upgrade slowed down my drive? I also have the latest firmware.

Upgrade didn't slow mine down... Working great. I did upgrade, not fresh install.

I guess it's hit and miss. I was getting 240/write and 480/read
