Did Not Find Repository error in Cydia

Hello-

I have a iphone 3gs new bootrom with baseband 6.15.00
I jailbroke with greenpois0n and hacktivated/installed cydia with redsn0w

I formerly had it jailbroken and hacktivated/installed cydia with redsn0w

anytime i try to add any source at all in cydia i get a Did not find repository error.

I have tried adding http://repo.bingner.com 5 times using both the RS and GP jailbreaks. Also tried adding other very common sources and tripple checking the typing. Every time I get an error.

Any suggestions?

Try to add the source when you're connected to wifi.

Also check that you have the data toggle enabled.
