did someone at apple forget the time

It's clear to me what is happening. BEFORE 3 AM EST, not 3:01 AM EST, Verizon had all of the iPhone 4Ss up. Just bought two from them.

Now I need to buy two more for other people.

Apple is revolutionizing the web shopping experience.

AT&T just f*cked up again.


Give Apple a few more minutes... Also, RIP Steve! We all miss you dearly!
 
Last year Apple and AT&T didn't start taking pre-orders until 1:00AM PST, 4:00AM EST, same applies this year. Being that it's 12:30 on the west coast and 3:30 on the east coast, pre-ordering hasn't started yet.
 
I have my iMac trying to hit the store via Comcast. At 3 AM, every other website I tried to get onto wouldn't load...for about 10 minutes.

So I turn off wifi on my iPad and iPhone and try to hit up the store via AT&T on iPad and Verizon on iPhone.

No. Such. Luck.

What a mess.

Do I care?

Nah.

I just can't wait to go to sleep.

if it's 3:30 on the east coast, it's 12:30 on the west coast.. :cool:
 
I spoke to an Apple rep yesterday and she told me that Apple has not announced when pro-orders would go live. Does anyone know where all the tech blogs got 12:01PST from? Could they have just made it up?

If it's 12:00 PST, it's 3:00 EST, not 4:00.
 
that was so easy

i ordered the phone in less then 2 mins

apple must have waited so the server wouldnt be overloaded
 
Order with AT&T reserved, but they will e-mail me with instructions on how to complete the order. I hope AT&T doesn't screw this one up.
 
I lied when I said I was going to sleep. I did actually get in bed, but kept checking on my current iPhone until I saw that it was up.

I can't get past the "Are you a new or existing AT&T wireless customer?" though :(
