I got the 6s with Jump on Demand on launch day trading in my galaxy S6. My account showed my Jump iphone lease and my Galaxy S6 EIP (I had to mail it back) until yesterday. I checked my account and it shows my EIP as fully paid off and "no active Jump leases" on my account. I even logged out and logged back in to make sure. I thought it might just have been a glitch so I checked again today and its still showing the same thing. I also decided to check my 6s IEMI number on Swappa to see if it shows up as being financed and it says its no financing on this phone and clear to activate. Dont get me wrong I'm not complaining at all, this is awesome if it sticks but has this ever happened to anyone? Do you think T-mobile will reverse it back eventually?

I've had the same thing happen to me on AT&T. I was on a preorder for a particular phone back when. I got into a huge argument with AT&T Premier, so I decided to call AT&T Personal to help me with the preorder. The CR from Personal then ended up getting into an argument with AT&T Premier. In fact, the CR who was helping me told me, "Can I call you back? I'm about to deal with some **** right here!" She called me back, apologized that I had to hear that, then told me that her manager gave the OK to allow me to order the phone at full price and I'd be compensated with credits to make up the price I paid up to $299. In the end, I ended up paying $300 for a phone that I ended up not having to sign over myself for 2 years.

I realize its a different story than yours, but stuff like this happens quite randomly. Sounds to me like someone made an error on your order and thought the S6 being turned in was your new 6S, and ended up cancelling both. If T-Mobile finds out, I'm pretty sure they might reverse it, but considering you're 1 of very few, they probably won't find it. Enjoy the phone!

I was planning in trading this in to get the Plus next week so this puts me in a weird spot. According to my account im free and clear of any commitments so can I just order the plus thru t_mobile but I really dont want to draw any attention to my situation. Since my 6s is clear maybe I can sell this and put that towards the Plus full price and just pay the difference.

Probably best no to go the T-Mobile route. As you mentioned, its probably better to just sell it, and use those proceeds to move up and continue with an unlocked (potentially Band 30) Plus. Still, I'd wait a billing cycle just in case.

I had a -$800 balance on my account because they messed up my Samsung S6 Edge return and never corrected it. So you very well might in luck. Wait a billing cycle and if it is still there, then you do in fact have a free phone.

You're right. I'm gonna wait to see what my next bill looks like first before I do anything.

I'm guessing they had an influx of people buying new iPhones and trades theirs in and it just got caught up and will get picked up eventually.

I got my 6S Plus on launch day via pre-order and Jump on Demand. Says my first lease payment is in November. My screen looks just like yours right now. It'll change.

T-Mobile does seem to make errors sometimes. I bought a 16gb 6 Plus for my mom a few months ago, paid $0 down and the full price rang out to $649. No complaints about that one.

Also I notice that if you go into your account online and pay off a phone, they subtract that amount from your current bill and push it back to the next bill for some reason.

Mines shows the exact same thing although if I go to completed leases its says iPhone 6s plus seed while all other leases say kit not seed.

Well you guys were right. Seems like everything is back on my account now. Must have just been a glitch while they got things sorted out on my account. I knew it was too good to be true lol. Oh well.
