Did the AirTag emojis delay your preorder?

Howdy.

I ordered 2 of the 4-pack AirTags and customized them with the first initial of all of our names... and then got two with "šŸ”šŸ’©" (I have 20 chickens and figured this combo would be banned eventually).

I also got 4 of the Belkin $12 key rings. It pains me to say I also bought one of the $35 Apple leather keyrings.

My delivery date is still April 30th, which shocked me due to the engraving process I added.

Fellow engravers (and non-engravers) - what is your delivery date?
 
I ordered 2 4-packs with customization and key rings and my delivery date is this - Delivers May 24 - Jun 1.
 
It might help if you state the time frame in which you ordered

I ordered right after 8:00 and got the 30th with engraving(snake/mamba)

They probably have a bunch premade, unless you have custom engraving like your initials

I ordered about 9am PST today and yes some had initials and others for kids were emoji's. I'm in no rush. Using my Tile stuff for now.
 
I ordered a 4-pack within minutes of the store opening backup, did engraving of initials on all 4 and they are suggested to arrive next Friday 30th April which is pretty quick really.

4-pack, engraved, confirmation email came at 8:12 a.m. ET, delivers May 10-12.

At no point during the order process did it say April 30 delivery, and I was on by 8:01.

Yes. Scheduled may 10th -12th (4 pack) at first I was supposed to be on on time but then I went back to add the Apple TV thinking today was the preorder date, and when I went back, it was pushed back..

my email confirmation came at 8:05 (ordered through the app)
 
4 pack with a different emoji on each. Order confirmation email came through at 13:05 (pre orders opened at 13:00 in the UK), now preparing to dispatch with delivery on the 30th šŸ™‚

I ordered an engraved 4-pack (single emoji on each tag, three puppies and one unicorn) the minute ordering went live. Scheduled to arrive April 30 but already in ā€œPreparing to Shipā€ statusā€”which seems kind of early. Confirmation email came at 8:03 Eastern.

Apple Key Ring ordered a few minutes later on a separate order is also scheduled to arrive April 30 but is still processing. 3 Belkin Key Rings ordered a few minutes after the Apple Key Ring wonā€™t arrive until the next week (May 3-5).

All but the AirTags themselves are listed as shipping via Express Delivery. AirTags are shipping via Standard Delivery. Maybe that's why the actual AirTags are already PTS.
 
I ordered late lol at 7:34am, got a Belkin keyring and a 4 pack with 3 tags engraved and 1 empty. Ring comes in May 3-5 and the tags May 12-17...hoping they come in by then so I can test and track the wife hahahahahaha..lets see if that privacy stuff is true and they can tell someone is tracking them LOL
 
I ordered a four pack when they went live in the uk (1pm) and added emojis to two of them (one of them being šŸ¦„ šŸ’©), my name (Andy) to one of them and my wifeā€™s initials plus a single emoji to the last one. Estimated delivery was for May 4th - May 6th šŸ¤ž
 
I ordered with my initials engraved and mine is 12 May to 19 May. Although I ordered quite a bit later than when it first went on sale.
