Did the refresh ruin the value of the mid range 13"?

I'm looking to buy the 13" and was originally looking at the midrange model.

Before, $200 on top of the base model would get you double the Ram AND SDD space. Now for that same price, you are only getting the extra SDD space.

So, is the $200 worth it for the extra space?
 
I was able to live with 128 GB on my Air as I have an external HDD.
I don't think I can justify an extra $200 ($226 with tax) as much as I want to.
