Did they not add RCS to iOS 17?

I know they were supposed to add RCS iOS 18, but was hoping they would add it to iOS 17 since they are still supporting that operating system and also the photos app sucks

It's a feature of iOS 18. It was not added to iOS 17.

Nah, iOS 17 is getting security updates only. New features are only part of new versions.
