Just opened my watch and I am actually taken aback by how small it is, I am seriously worried that they put the wrong size watch in my box.

The box says 42mm, but it just seems SO small, even smaller than my Pebble.

I have been reading about everyone saying its small but I never expected this.

I doubt it but you can determine the correct size based on the length of the gap between the digital crown and the other button - it's smaller on the 38mm. You can compare this to the photos on the apple website. By the way, congrats!

or just use a ruler....

you'll soon get used to it, the 38mm really is small!

I can imagine!

I thought the same thing when i opened my box, looked tiny, was definitely like WTF? Then looked at the back and was like ok.

That was exactly my reaction.

I'm sure I will get used to it, it's charging at the moment. Just wish I could figure out how to bring up the apps screen???

42mm is on the smaller side.

To each his own, I find huge watches very, very annoying. The 42mm certainly fit better than I expected when I tried it, and if it was the only size available I would have been ok with it. Much bigger and I don't think I'd be happy. When I tried the 38mm afterwards it just felt right.

This reaction, I am sure, is completely unrelated to the fact that I had already ordered the 38mm. :) (I really was trying to evaluate them without bias.)
