Did VZW allow current iphone 4 users to upgrade to the 4S with discounted pricing? Kinda like att did a few years ago? Did att allow current iphone 4 users to upgrade to the 4S with discounted pricing?
 
They moved mine up from March 2012 to September 2011. I got the iPhone 4 in February when it was released.
