My wife has a 128 and I have a 64 and I can tell the difference in weight.
Part of it might be because of the different cases and that she has a 6, while I have the plus, but the weight difference between her 128 and my 64 are undeniable.

Have you stopped for a second to think the weight difference between the two phones might have to do with the fact the 6 plus is physically much larger than the 6, and therefore significantly heavier, and that it has nothing to do with the storage capacity?

Am I reading this right? You actually think your wife's 128 gigs iPhone 6 weighs more than your 64 gigs iPhone 6+?

Wow that explains why I can't find any 32GB iPhone 6's in Space Grey! I've spent the last month looking! Why didn't anyone tell me! Jeez man, I hate Apple, what a bunch of jerks!

What I don't understand is why are the iPhones in stores 32GB:confused:

Because its a partitioned 64GB model so they can quickly erase the display phones at the end of the day. Theres an article about it. Google something like "32GB iPhone 6 in the works".

Oddly I'm missing the "How will you pay?" "I'm paying by Apple Pay" or 1 of the 9 posts vs these 32GB > 64GB posts. Really why anyone in their right mind has this complaint.

I'm waiting to get the iPad Air 3 bc I just bought the mini and 6+ this year. So I'm definitely happy they're upgrading the 32 to 64 but if the entry was 32 then that would be perfect for my iPad storage. I do more of the serious work on the iPad and my 6+ is for quick email checks and social media updates.

A 1TB would not weigh a ton since the difference in weight between a 256G and 1TB is not much in relation to the total weight of the MacBook.

Pick up a speck of sand. That's about the difference in weight between the two -- because it's so unnoticeable as to be nonexistent, you're imagining things.

I disagree, when I fill up my phone with data, I can definitely tell the difference. What really weighs more are avi or mkv files. Jpg files weight the least physically. Sometimes I'll just erase everything off my phone when it gets too heavy.

But for some reason, my jpgs are noticeably weighing more than before. I've set an AppleCare appointment and I suggest McDaddio and his wife do the same. Obviously an issue with QC lately. Software is getting considerably heavier with ios8.

I'd prefer a 32 base model. Sucks to have 16 gb standard on iphones in 2014 whereas all Android phones have 32 gig standard by now.

If this isn't sarcasm I don't know what else to do other than smh, apparently you both have super sensitive hands as to be able to feel fractions of micrograms.

I'm surprised iCloud doesn't start charging by weight too. You expect Apple to keep all that data in the sky for a small fee? If I can tell the small weight of a MB imagine how heavy all the data from all Apple users are? Extremely unsafe practice from Apple. I smell lawsuit coming once the cloud has more weight than it can handle.

Ok, I know you're joking now -- good one. :p Since the other guy definitely wasn't kidding I just wasn't sure how far the misinformation/idiocy extends. :p

what there was a swap? oh apple you card you... oh crafty and kind of you I hadn't noticed :roll eyes: I so enjoyed it thanks OP... now I'm dancing through daisies ;)

Galaxy S5 -> 16GB
Galaxy S5 Mini -> 16GB
Sony Z3 -> 16GB
Sony Z3 Compact -> 16GB
HTC One (M8) -> 16GB entry
LG G3 -> 16GB Entry

Sure, All Android phones have 32GB as standard now...
