First order went through at 7:01 Central time and it wasn't until a few hours later that I noticed my billing info on the order was wrong. Panicked for a bit, created a thread about it and eventually just went into the Apple Store app and placed a second order with the correct info (and skipped the Verizon upgrade fee).

Looks like silver was the most popular this year. Dates were getting pushed back like 1-2 min into launch.
I got my 64GB 11 Pro in Gold. Seems that Gold is the color that is staying in stock the longest this year.

You should always go for what you want and not settle just because you will get it sooner. Because you will definitely regret it.

I agree. Getting the phone on launch day is cool, but waiting an extra week for the color, size, storage that you really want is much more rewarding
