No status change on mine. No cc card charged. Still the same est. shipping date. It's 11.29 PM EST in Shanghai. Probably not much is going to happen for the next 10 hours. I sure hope the date is not going to get pushed out as is happening to some 15" ers.
The better ship on time, i have been waiting too long!!

It's funny how things change your perception. For the past two weeks I've hoped that my MBP would ship early. Now with the date so close and all these rumors of delays, I just hope it ships on time.

That would be a cruel fate. We've already waited nearly 2 weeks and watched as some who bought 15" MBP had their bundles delivered early.It's funny how things change your perception. For the past two weeks I've hoped that my MBP would ship early. Now with the date so close and all these rumors of delays, I just hope it ships on time.
The one upside is that on Friday one of the Apple 5th Avenue store staff mentioned that they expected to have 17" MBP within the next week to 2 weeks. Those of us who ordered on Oct. 24 should get ours no later than that.

This thread has almost 17,000 views. Hope they all did not order the 17". That would explain the possible delay 😛

I think the 17" MBPs will start to ship Mon or Tues, i can't see any reason why they would be late.
If they ae running late Apple should of changed shipping dates to reflect that.
I hope ones shipped it won't take a week to ship to UK like my delivery time says, i am hoping to be on my 17" MBP by this time Friday 10th Nov

Given that a few of the new owners of the 15" model had delays of a day and a half when they arrived into the EU I think we'll be waiting until the following Monday. I'm trying to keep a positive mental attitude about it but...I hope ones shipped it won't take a week to ship to UK like my delivery time says, i am hoping to be on my 17" MBP by this time Friday 10th Nov
It's just gone a quarter past seven in the morning in Shanghai so maybe overnight we'll hear something positive! If I get it by Friday though I'll definitely be posting photos of it online as if it were a supermodel!

welp, apparently apple's prior debit of my account was merely pending; they've released the money back into my account now. the next time i see the money gone, i suppose i'll know it's shipped.

According to my dashboard widget it's 2:15 PM on Monday in China. I wonder what they've been doing all day?
i haven't got a dashboard widget. because i don't have a mac, yet.

No change here. Looking on the bright side the order status page is still the same and shipping date has not been pushed out yet. It's now 20:05 in Shanghai and second shift is packing 17" ers to meet the Fed-Ex cut-off time of 08:00 (?) November 7 - Shanghai time or 20:00 November 6 our time. Sounds logical to me ?
