Did you have a choice?

    Well, this is my first time buying an iPhone thru AT&T, and I was wondering if all you guys that have gone thru this process, when you go to the store to pickup the phone, do they activate it in store or are we able to just pick it up and take it home to activate on our own leisure. I'm picking mine up on Wednesday and am hoping I don't have to open the box till Sunday.

    Why do they charge activation fee if you have to do it yourself? That fee traditionally covered the cost of an employee messing with it for awhile in store. Same goes for getting it at the Apple store. This is bullshtt.
