Hmm...I think it's trying to pull off too much at once. I get the idea behind the case, definitely unique, but that bulge on the case is a bit awkward looking for my tastes.
 
I don't get a warm feeling when they ask to back up a case program for a case that has yet to formally exist. Asking $25,000 to 'start' the program is a little shady and any true business man would know to invest in capital for years or take a loan from the banks as you will start out in debt and spend the first few years climbing out.

That's the beauty of Kickstarter, though. A lot of people have good ideas, but not the capital or an investor to back the project. The premise behind the Kickstarter programs is that it becomes crowd-sourced, and those who back the projects get special benefits for investing.
