Ugly...and I wouldn't buy a case from a company who doesn't even know how to put a phone in their own case. Look at this pic:

You can see the camera cutout on the opened "flap" yet the phone is facing the opposite way.

EXACTLY! the design need to be fine tuned...

Based on the other pics of it, it supposed to be that way. That flap clips on to either the front or back and doubles as a stand and a protective cover

Kinda strange IMO, but the tripod mounts could be handy I guess.. Click on the home button for more pics of the case

I suppose you're correct...I'll give them that. After reading further on their page, you can see where they say:
"Each Diff Case comes with:
- One full-surround bumper - 2-brass tripod mounts
- One protective cover-lid (snaps to front or back)"

And:
"Get 2-Sided Protection with Extra Lid option."

Still doesn't negate the fact that it's FUGLY.

lol, ugly for sure

Honestly.....

It's unattractive. It looks unfinished. And that protrusion looks like a tumor growth. And that door, how far does it swing back when you make or receive calls? It's just not functionally designed. Consider something else.

My first reaction to this was yeeeuck!

but then I looked at what it does a bit more, and I think the design does have some merit. How many other cases allow for tripod mounts? I've been using my iPhone more and more for photos and I would really love to start using it with a tripod. And the flap makes sense when you look at it from a movie/photo angle.

I'm also thinking the hole for clipping it on could be useful too, could even padlock it to something larger. Or hang a key or two on it.

No one design is absolutely perfect, but at least this one has useful ugly, which is way better than the number of useless ugly cases out there

Honestly I really don't want a carabiner on my iPhone case. But that's just me. I'm sure someone out there will have a use for this thing.
