I am referring to the 13-inch MBP that is $1499 and the 15-inch MBP that is $1699.

What are the differences besides the larger screen and the higher resolution?

The 15" has two fans so it should run cooler, right?

Has one fan. Not two. The 17 has two.

I haven't seen a tear down if the latest 15" MacBook Pro but I don't know why people are under the impression that the stock 15" had two fans when it only has the 9400M GPU. The second fan is for the 9600M GT which the stock 15" does not have.
