Difference between canadian macbook pro and US macbook pro

Aside from the Canadian one being unfairly overpriced, nothing I believe. Just manuals probably say Apple Canada.
 
the one i bought from Vancouver ( where i grew up) is POLITE.
the MBP my wife bought at New YORK..hmmmm... 😀
