Difference Between iMac MC508B/A And iMac MB950B/A

I am about to purchase an iMac, on the apple website they are selling the iMac MC508B/A for £999, but on the comet website they are selling the iMac MB950B/A for £899, what is the difference between the two models? And is the price difference worth it?
And can anyone tell me how old each model is?

The latter (MB950B/A) is the one introduced in 10/2009, with the older GPU (9400M) and so on.

So is the newer model worth the extra money?

What does the newer model have that the older model doesn't?

If its just the graphics then its not worth the extra £100.

GPU and RAM are faster, bigger HDD maybe.

If you get the older model as new and not used, 800GBP is not that bad.

Get the new one. You get better CPU as well and a ATI Radeon HD 4670 as opposed to the 9400 on the older one
