Under "Excludes" it says basic doesn't have "Alert Reminders for call, unread email, unread SMS, and reoccuring Calendar Events".

What kind of alert does it have on premium? Does it vibrate or make a sound every few minutes? I don't understand the difference between notification on the basic vs premium. I also don't understand HOW it alerts you...

2nd.

Skin choices? Do they mean the background? I thought you can change the background color regardless if you're premium or not.

I'm trying to debate if I want the $4.99 or the $19.99 version....

I am trying the demo now, and I really like the app so far. However $20 is simply too much for an app that ties you to a jailbroken phone.
I knows it's not the fault of the developer, since this app can not exist as an official app store product, but for me unofficial apps are inherently less valuable. $10 is the absolute maximum that I think the app is worth.

Also the limitations of the 5$ version (1 e-mail address) make it basically unusable for me.

IntelliScreen bogged down my phone. Be wary of lag. I personally didn't find the benefit to outway the consequence, and uninstalled after a short time.

I never had a huge problem with speed. Is it different on 2.1 now?

What's wrong with the 5 dollar license? I REALLY like the app though. Wish there was something else that was free, or maybe a crack for it.

I never used the earlier version, but on 2.1, I found that it acted unpredictably.

I'm not necessarily blaming IS for that, but there was a definite conflict of some type.

There is a crack for it. Google to find it.

I tried to follow these instructions, but I just don't see any of the files listed except IntelliScreenConfig.

(Instructions from another website)

Instructions on Use:
1. Install IntelliScreen from Cydia. You will need to get a trial license.
2. SSH into your phone.
3. Backup the following:
-/Applications/IntelliScreen.app/IntelliScreenConfig
-/Library/Intelliborn/intelliScreenDisplay
-/Library/Intelliborn/intelliScreenMail
-/Library/Intelliborn/intelliScreenSB
4. Upload and overwrite from the package the following files:
-/Applications/IntelliScreen.app/IntelliScreenConfig
-/Library/Intelliborn/intelliScreenDisplay
-/Library/Intelliborn/intelliScreenMail
-/Library/Intelliborn/intelliScreenSB
5. Set the permissions on all three files to 777.

Don't worry about backing up the files. Just put the new ones where they go.

If for some reason, things get messed up, you can always uninstall and try again.

Backing up the files is not my concern.

I can't FIND the files I need to change.

With all this frustration, I might just spend the 4.99.

That's just it though... You don't need to change anything!

Just drop the new files into the folders.

That's not what it says.. It say's I have to change the permissions.

I'll try just dropping the file.

[Edit]

Doesn't work....

Dropped the two files that was in the crack folder and nothing happened after resetting the phone.
