Difference between iPad 2 versions?

I was debating which ipad 2 I should buy. Does the 32 and 64 gb ipad 2 have better specs or processing power?

The only difference between the 32 and 64 is the size. Everything else is exactly the same.

The only difference between models is hard drive size and 3G capability if you go that route.

One more thing

The 3G models also have a GPS chip, which I think is a big deal. I use the Navigon GPS app all the time. Because you download the maps, the app works for turn by turn directions without needing to have the data plan.
