difference between MB604 and MC226?

hey ,i was so obsessed cos i wanna buy a 17 inch mbp ,the original plan is MB604,but now the new 17inch MC226 jumped out immediatly,i don't know what to do now ,so i wanna ask "is it the right time to buy MC226 or MB604",

Yes, it is. Why would you even consider the old gen? Buy the updated one

They are selling refurb ones on apple for 2000.

If you are on some type of budget, I would consider a model such as:

But if money is no issue, then I would definitely get the latest and greatest.

I've been wondering the same thing...but based on everything I read the changes appear to be minor...I just ordered a 17" refurb 2.93Ghz last Saturday...can't wait for it to arrive!

thankyou ,but i wanna buy a new MB604,cos this upgrate happened in june is too accident and there are a lot of 604 in the supplyer's warehouse ,we don't need to buy a refurb one ,we just buy a new one,lol.
anyway ,you are so good at scheme ,and it's a good way to buy a 256SSD , pretty cool!
