iPad Pro Difference between not connected and off (Bluetooth)

I have an Apple Pencil an iPad Pro 10.5, and I’m wondering if Bluetooth being off will save my battery life then Bluetooth not connected. Thank you.

Bluetooth doesn’t drain enough battery for you to even get worried.

Thought I read on here that my Apple Pencil was always drawing from iPad Pro enough that the iPad battery drains faster?
